RxFolio helps people keep their own medical history in order. Prescriptions, reports, bills, discharge summaries, medications, and measurements accumulate across years, clinics, and family members. RxFolio gives that material one structured home — and leaves the original documents in cloud storage you control.

What we are building
RxFolio is positioned deliberately narrowly: a personal health record and medication manager. It stores, organizes, and presents information you supply, and helps you prepare for a conversation with a clinician.
It is not a diagnostic product. We do not claim to identify diseases, recommend treatment, interpret results clinically, or replace a doctor. Where automation helps — drafting a visit-preparation summary from the records you select — the output is presented as a draft for you to check, never as a finding.

How we work
These are commitments we can be held to on a published page, not marketing adjectives.
We do not sell health information, we do not serve advertising against it, and we ship no advertising or behavioural-tracking SDKs.
Permissions are requested when you use the feature that needs them. Cloud-storage scopes stay as narrow as the platform allows.
Our published data inventory lists each category, its purpose, its location, and who else can receive it.
Documents are filed as readable files in your own Drive or OneDrive, so leaving RxFolio never costs you your records.
Account deletion removes records rather than disabling an account, and we publish exactly what survives and why.
We document what can fail: reminder delivery, generated visit summaries, third-party outages, and the need for connectivity.
How it is built
Two decisions shape how RxFolio behaves day to day, and both have visible consequences.
Your structured health information is held in a cloud-hosted database we operate, reached through the RxFolio API, which is the authoritative copy. The app keeps only a short-lived in-memory cache while you are signed in, so signing out clears it — and when the service is unreachable the app says so rather than showing stale medical information.
Your actual files are filed into RxFolio/ in your own Google Drive or OneDrive
as ordinary readable PDFs and images, organized by document type. They stay there whatever
happens to your RxFolio account — see

Sign-in is delegated to Google or Microsoft, so RxFolio never receives or stores your password. Connecting cloud storage is optional and revocable from that provider at any time.
